Weight Room Opens Jan 9th


Summary:

Looking to get Stronger?  Whether you’re following your own workout or need some guidance, PBT has you covered!  Each session you can choose your type of workout and PBT will have it posted for you.  Push, Pull, Legs, Cardio, Core, Resistance, In -Season Maintenance and More…   PBT will have a library of videos to show correct form and technique of each exercise for reference.  You will have 1.5 hours to complete your workout!    

Weight Room Includes:

-Dumbbell Rack 5-70lb

-Benches

– Squat/Bench Press Racks

– Barbells

– Plates

– Rubber Weights

– Sled

-Resistance Bands

– Kettlebells

– Battle Ropes

– Tires

– Elliptical Machine

-Lat Pull Down

– Stationary Bike

-Ham/Glute Raise

And More…….

-No Parents allowed in weight room!

-If you need a spot, come find an instructor!

-Be respectful to equipment!

-Wipe down benches as needed!

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

4:00-5:30    and     5:30-7:00
